The  Income Limit for the License Plate discount(Benefit Access formerly Circuit Breaker)is now $33,562.00 for a one person household, $44,533.00 for a two person household and $55,500.00 for 3 persons in your household. This the gross amount not the adjusted amount on taxes.



PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU ARE TRYING TO SET UP YOUR MY SOCIAL SECURITY ACCOUNT YOU WILL NEED TO GO THEOUGH LOGIN.GOV TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT. ONCE YOU HAVE DONE THIS YOU WILL NEED TO KEEP YOUR EMAIL AND PASSWORD TO GET BACK INTO IT. THEY NO LONGER SET UP ACCOUNT DIRECTLY ON THE SOCIAL SECURITY WEBSITE.

If you are unsure how to find the new building, at the 4 way stop go into Mt Carroll to the Dairy Queen and turn right (east) this is Benton Street. Follow this out to the egde of town and on right side of the road you will see a large metal building with a red roof come to the door on the north side under the awning.

Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM
We are closed for the following Holidays:
New Year's Eve Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
